Overview
Muninn Calendar Assistant helps Carlos Tapia prepare personal schedules, briefings, and task plans from calendar information. Muninn Upwork Watcher helps review Upwork job-alert emails and sends selected opportunity notifications to Telegram.
Each automation accesses Google account information only after the account owner explicitly authorizes it through Google OAuth. Neither application is offered as a public service.

Information accessed
Muninn Calendar Assistant uses Google Calendar permissions to read:
- The owner’s calendar list.
- Calendar events.
- Free/busy information.
It does not create, modify, respond to, or delete calendar events.
Muninn Upwork Watcher uses the Google OAuth scope gmail.readonly. This permission provides read-only Gmail access, but the automation uses it solely to identify and read relevant Upwork job-alert emails.
It does not send, delete, modify, or mark emails as read.
How information is used
To prepare the owner’s personal schedules, briefings, and task plans, relevant calendar information may be processed through Google’s Calendar MCP service and OpenAI Codex. It is used only for those purposes.
To identify potentially relevant freelance opportunities, Muninn Upwork Watcher may process information from Upwork job-alert emails with an AI assistant. Selected job information may then be sent to the owner through Telegram for personal review.
Muninn Upwork Watcher does not automatically submit applications, contact clients, or spend Upwork Connects.
Data storage and sharing
OAuth credentials are stored on private, self-hosted infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed publicly.
Calendar information, Gmail information, Upwork job-alert data, and credentials are not sold, used for advertising, or shared for independent third-party marketing purposes.
Relevant information may be processed by the services described in this policy solely to operate the owner’s personal automations. For Muninn Upwork Watcher, this includes AI-assisted evaluation and delivery of selected notifications through Telegram.
Data retention
Locally generated briefings, selected job summaries, notification records, or operational logs may be retained on the owner’s systems as part of the automations’ normal operation.
Muninn Upwork Watcher does not modify or delete source emails in Gmail.
Security
Access credentials are kept on private, self-hosted infrastructure. Reasonable safeguards are used to limit access to the systems, credentials, and information required to operate the automations.
Revoking access
The Google account owner can revoke either application’s access at any time from the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation prevents the affected automation from continuing to access the authorized Google data.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the integration’s operation or data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
